Corporate: Advising and representing the interests of for profit and not-for-profit institutional clients like business and associations. Criminal: Defending clients accused of committing crimes. Estate Planning and Administration: Advising clients on passing property before and after their death, preparing documents for such plans; and assisting in financial matters upon the death of a loved one. Family Law: Representing husbands or wives in divorce proceedings; advising parties on juvenile court and paternity matters; and facilitating adoption of children. Land Use: Working with boards of zoning appeals, plan commissions, home owners and developers toward preserving or increasing property values. Municipal: Working for and with governmental entities like towns or cities. Real Estate Law: Advising clients regarding buying, selling, leasing or developing land. Social Security: Prosecuting appeals from the denial of Social Security Disability benefits. Transactions: Guiding clients through contract negotiations and preparation for everything from buying a business to pre-marriage agreements.
